We take pride in the quality of our products and our commitment to customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
📦 Returns Due to Our Error
If we shipped the wrong item or made a mistake on your order:

We’ll cover the return shipping costs

We’ll refund your original shipping charges (if the incorrect item made up the majority of the shipment)

No restocking fees will apply
🔁 Customer-Initiated Returns
If parts were ordered in error or an order was cancelled too late:

Contact us within 10 days of your order

A 15% restocking fee will apply

A 5% repackaging fee may apply if parts are not returned in original condition

Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer

Items must be new, unused, and eligible for resale
📝 Return Authorization Required
All returns must:

Be pre-approved by VH MFG., Inc.

Include the return authorization paperwork in the package

Only approved items in resalable condition will be credited

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Special order or non-stocked parts

Custom or personalized items

Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards
🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email sales@polytin.com immediately so we can make it right.
🔄 Exchanges
To make an exchange:

Return the original item

Place a new order once the return is approved
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

You’ll receive an email confirmation

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your bank or credit card provider
